We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
It can be achieved with the steam overlay.
There is two options:
1. He can go to his friends list in steam and click "join game" when you are already in a lobby.
2. You can press shift-tab to get the steam overlay, and find his name. Then click "invite to game"
