I was playing a GC as Egypt. While I was playing, Event 24036 triggered and gave me "Major Worker Strike" options.
However, when I checked to see what the consequences were, it said "South England" as the state effected
IE: "Militancy for Workers in South England +1"
Of course, I was playing Egypt, so I did not own South England.
I don't know if this was reported already, just telling you what I saw.
