I would like to make a new type of event window with larger images (when event modding I often have trouble finding an image that works well in the 3x1 format). Is it possible in Stellaris?

In CK2 I had no trouble doing it by adding .gui and .gfx files in \interface and then, in the event I created, use the flag "window" to specify the gui window I wanted to use. That does not seem to work in Stellaris, however. Am I supposed to use "custom_gui" instead? Anyone know how to do that?
