Make the "apply" button same for both settings in menu and game

Don't know is this counts as a bug or an improvement but here goes

Inside the game the apply button for settings is on the right and when in the starting menu it is on the left.
Would be nicer if they were on the same side on both dialogues

Lol I have never noticed, but I suppose it's should be changed, unless there is a good reason for not.

It's a bug, should be fixed for 1.15 (it's in our internal build, and I have a hard time thinking of a scenario where that particular fix would cause any issues)
