I do not think there is a tutorial (I might be wrong), however, if you have photoshop (I think paint shop pro might work as well) or GIMP you should be able to use it.

Just resize an image you wish to the same dimensions as the template (can't remember what that is at the moment)

copy and then paste into the template. That will create a 'new layer' of your image in the psd template. Then use the layer controls to move the new layer down beneath the 'woor finish' layer.

Merge all layers.

Save as bmp.
