Making an albino

I've got a question - is there a possibility of making an albino version of Valyrian ethnicity (for Bloodraven, being honest)? I tried to do this myself but I'm not skilled enough, I thought about making a new portrait set and ethnicity especially for Brynden Rivers, by reskinning original Valyrian skin, but I'm unable to figure out how to do that.

If Bloodraven is the only albino Valyrian mentioned in the books or show,it's hardly worth it. Also you'd guess with the Essosi obsession with dwarves that they had a thing for albinos as well which'd make your lifespan a lot shorter.
