There are interactions like Imprison where the recipient can refuse and there are consequences from that failure, but it's based on a chance.

Then there are interactions like Divorce which can only be sent if the recipient will accept.

I'm just wondering what line of code makes a character interaction like Imprison? I've been trying to figure it out for a while now but can't seem to figure what it is. All the interactions I make are like Divorce, which is about how I feel right about now.
 
Solution
I don't know if you figured it out already, but I'm pretty sure you have to include ai_maybe = yes in the interaction to get it to have a chance to succeed/fail.
