Steps to reproduce​

advance down the mamluk tree until you get to the center of the islamic world, and try to complete the mission with having more tech than everyone + innovative ideas completed.

I also have this bug too. I think it is because there's a requirement to have 90% westernization, but there's a typo in the code. It says 'egyptian_modernization_power' but the real name is 'egyptian_westernization'
