Summary​

Manage Royal Guards Martial Task Having Inverse Effect on Hostile Scheme Success

Description​

The Martial Task for Managing Royal Guards which reads "Decreases Hostile Scheme Success Chance up to 2x Martial Skill" actually has the inverse effect on hostile schemes, making them more likely to succeed against the player character (or any AI foolish enough to use the task)

My suspicion as to why this happens is that the "scale" function is multiplying a negative (enemy_hostile_scheme_success_chance_add) to another negative (marshal_overtime_decrease_scale) thereby producing a positive value, which is a negative for the player.

Steps to reproduce​

1) Be a character with access to the Manage Royal Guards Martial Task
2) Use it
3) Be the target of a hostile scheme
4) Switch character to the ringleader of the whole conspiracy and witness that your target's guards are betraying him
