When I built rafinery-rafinery will improve my trade level. But I have maximal trade level and rafinery generate 20 crown. Will improve my monthly income from 50 crown -> 70 crown.Thank you for reply.

A refinery in a sugar or wine province will generate 12 gold a year, or 1 gold per month. In any other province, it will add half that. It will also have a long-term impact on income, as it will increase the population growth rate.

Speaking of manufactories, what sorts of manufactory gives you a bonus if built in a grain/fur/china/ivory province?

None. Ivory and Chinaware provinces are rich enough without the extra help.

Zikky--Manufactories also give research bonuses of 5D/month, which is quite nice. If your trade level's maxed, build a goods manufactory to get a research bonus in infrastructure.

I don't think any do.

EDIT: Ehh, I'm too slow. :(

Only slow by five minutes. Not bad. :)

If is my trade level maxed= Will research bonus improve my monthly income?

Thank you for your reply. :)

;)

Note however that refineries will give +1% in trade efficiency as well, which is very valuable in the end-game if you are rich in trade.

Sorry, but I do not understand.Rafineries will increase my income from trade about +1%?
I hadn't realized this either, but it does explain some things I never really understood. I've often wondered why efficiencies varied ever so slightly from one country to another, or why my own had changed from .61 to .62  .

Other things manufactories do is raise the demand for various items. Frex, Breweries increase the demand for sugar (the only thing to do so), fish, furs, grain, ivory, chinaware, salt, spices, tobacco, wine, and wool. Some items are only affected by a specific factory, some by all factories, some by promotions, and some by recruitment centers and/or naval shipyards. Increased demand means higher production and trade values, which means more income. So let's say your country is the largest producer of cloth. Building trade goods factories and recruitment centers will benefit your income more than it will anyone else's. :D

When you look at your income breakdown window you see that you earn money from different sources - taxes, production, trade and gold. For production and trade you can also see your relevant efficiency there.

But to keep it simple - yes, refineries will increase your income from trade with +1%.
(This is not entirely correct, but it is close enough)
