Is there a tool for changing the province details (like ic, infra, etc) from the province.csv with a gui? I'm always worried of acicdently deleting a semi colon, I'ld be interested in such a tool for the next pass over the map. (Currently adjusting the DH map to AoD, and AoD's concept of infrastructure is *different* and sets "low" infrastructure as an ai crutch to keep the AI from moving into low infra wastelands; DH map seems more historical distributed with odd low infra in places that would certainly be fought over)
Import the .csv in Excel. Then you get a text-import-tool opened where you can define semicolons as tab seperators. Then Excel will display the csv with ever semicolon seperating a single field. Very useful and way easier to work with than with a regular text editor.
If you save it again, it will automatically put the semicolons back in the right place.
