I'm planning on a creating a mod but first I need someone to edit the map for me. Its nothing big in the sense that its keeping the vanilla map but with provinces added or their borders changed.
Attached is a map of Continental US.
On this map there are two line, the black and the blue-ish one. The Black represents the borders of most states excluding Rhode Island and another that just isn't on my mind. The Blue is the borders that I wanted changed or added.
For example, the blue line in Baton Rouge. I want the border for it changed to follow the blue line. Whilst the empty space above it become a new province called Vicksburg.
