Description​

I have reported very simmilar issue couple days ago - https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/foru...es-all-ransomable-prisoners-for-free.1585449/ . I have to say I am very impressed by the fact that it was acknowledged, fixed, and got the fix released so quickly (1.9.1.).
Thanks to the fix, mass ransom now correctly ransoms all the prisoners that can be ransomed for gold. However, there is another group of prisoners, that can only be ransomed for hook. These still get released for free, same as described in linked issue ^^.
Prior to Tours and Tournamets patch, "Mass Ransom" button only considered prisoners that can be ransomed for gold, not the ones that can only be ransomed for hook. I believe this would be prefered state, but "ransoming" prisoners for hooks is still acceptable. Even better (but this is more of an suggestion than bug report), separate button that ransoms prisoners for hooks could be a solution?

Steps to reproduce​

1. Get at least 5 prisoners, at least one of which must have "ransom" option available. At least one must be ransomable for hook only (I am actually not 100% sure when this happens).
2. Click "Mass ransom button"
3. Confirm popup window.
4. Let several ingame days pass
5. All the prisoners ransomable for gold will be correctly ransomed for gold. All the prisoners ransomable for hooks will be ransomed for free.

Game Version​

Can't run the game right now, but it's patch 1.9.1, whatever is latest as of creation of the issue.
