I reported this issue several patches ago and it still hasn't been resolved so I also went and reported it in the PC forum before bringing it up here again.
If using Syncretic Evolution and your Syncretic species rebels there is a problem. The Syncretic species cannot generate leaders or specialist jobs. But they can be "Presidents", Governors, Scientists, Admirals and Generals. This doesn't make any sense logically. If they are so dumb and inept that they can't be politicians or specialists then how could they possibly be the ruler of an empire? Governors, Admirals, Generals etc.?? If they rebel as Xenophobic or Authoritarian they literally can't fill
those Jobs on planets with slaves and can't survive.
I suggest adding in some additional scripting to remove the Servile trait from rebelling species so that they can become leaders and specialists otherwise they just make ZERO sense.
In the images attached you can see that the founder primary species "Gorger" was overthrown by the Servile species "Gourmand" the Gourmand are now the Empire Rulers, Governors, Scientists etc. The Gorger are now the slaves. As a result the planets can't properly fill Leader or specialist roles because most other species are slaves and not allowed to fill those jobs and since the Now primary species "Gourmand" still have the Servile trait not even their own species can fill the jobs.
This is a massive oversight and should definitely be fixed.
