Master of India achievement doesn't count trade protectorates, while the British Masters of India mission does

Description​

As the title says, the achievement and the mission don't behave the same. The tooltips for both say "owned by you/your Tag or your/its non-tributary subjects". The mission correctly counts all provinces owned by subjects that aren't tributaries, while the achievement excludes trade protectorates. Also, despite counting trade protectorate provinces, the mission will still erroneously highlight them

Steps to reproduce​

Have a trade protectorate subject in India as GBR, the mission and achievement will not show the same amount of provinces count towards completion
