The tourism should be completely disabled when one is playing on max difficulty as you cannot call tourists. One would be dumb to call them on the first and only passenger rocket
. It's way too inefficient to call for an RC Safari just so you can scan a planetary anomaly as well. Another issue is RC rovers of sponsors. Since they are specialized and can do two works people tend to not call in RC Transport yet a planetary anomaly can ask for that. But RC Harvester does the same job...
Tunnels are USELESS and I am not even talking for max difficulty specifically. They are way too expensive and can be easily destroyed by a meteorite on both ends especially given their size. I can use pipes and cables on high ramps to transport energy/oxygen/water. Ramps only take time and do the exact same job except teleporting rovers. They should either be invincible or just needing a repair as it makes no sense to have the other end of the tunnel destroyed after a meteorite hits far away. Alternatively they can just be cheaper. The only time I used to build tunnels was in the vanilla before GP as ramps were not available back then.
On max difficulty it's too easy to lose the game due to lack of births. I am playing now with 90+ average comfort and 5-6 sexy colonists (probably one of the highest possible to reach due to RNG) and for around 20 sols I get only 8 births and 2 founders are already seniors... If I had no or very little colonists with sexy traits it's game over!
I've had a game where almost every child was a woman due to bad RNG and I end up having too low fertile couples although I had decent amount of colonists.
It would be nice to have some better growth early and lower as the game progresses. Or make growth better with higher comfort.
