maximum amount of 100 sailors. (1.33, windows 11, nomods)

Hello!

So basically problem is, when playing and having a lot of ports. Growth of sailors from province getting so big that max amount goes too 100. I will be honest, i play with cheats. But this problem doesn't allow me to build more ships.

I don't know if i write in the right thread, but just wanted to report that bug.

If you want to report a bug, you should post in the bug reports forum. But I doubt that this bug could happen in a normal game, because even if you own the whole world, you would have something like 50k or 100k sailors and AFAIK this bug only happens if you have more than 2^31/1000=2147483 max sailors. So just undo some of your cheats to get below that number. Or you can use the "sailors" console command to give you some temporary sailors.
