Here is the list prepared by our ministry of intelligence showing the size of Armies within European Union..we have fourth largest army in EU,not enough for a major war...

Today, Our minister of Intelligence Jean-Jacques Pascal will give a briefing about naval and air force of EU countries..President Chirac personally wanted this briefing after invasion Iraq has begun...


Jean-Jacques Pascal : Mr. President we have greatest navy within EU with 2 air carriers..Our situation is good in seas but compared to Coalition Powers, we need more carriers..

Jean-Jacques Pascal : Mr. President, our airforce is not one of the best branches of our military..we have 4 squad of Mirage 2000 multi role fighters ad these are backbone of our air force..we also have one squad of strategic bombers capable of carrying nuclear warheads..for the time, we doesn't have any ballistic missiles..President, according to me, Our priorities in the air should be building of more multi role fighters and to develop stealth technology for them..Also, in the case of nuclear war, to be able to make pre-emptive strike with our nukes and destroy the enemies' nukes in the ground, we will be needing greater strategic bomber force...

President Chirac : Thanks for the briefing minister, government will take your suggestions into account..but, I even do not want to think about possible nuclear war...

Cabinet meeting;

President : Taking recent developments in the world into account, our government decided to take more aggressive stance in world politics..we are afraid but it seems that power-politics is returning to stage back..

President : Reviewing our economic growth so far, I think that we need a change in the cabinet..From now on, Dominique Strauss Khan will take the office from Michelle Alliot Marie..We believe that Dominique will be better in improving our industrial output..

Briefing about industrial and technological situation;

Dominique Strauss Khan : Mr. President, our industrial strength is second in EU..We have 40 base IC, I have industrial expansion plans to increase that number but we won't have drastical increase in that number..number one is Germany in EU as you know..This powerful nation truly economic leader of Europe unfortunately..Two catastrophes within a century didn't weaken them..They have 60 base IC..

Dominique Strauss Khan : Russia has 53, Japan has 77, China has 120 UK has 40 and USA has 177 base IC...It is apparent that superpowers of the world are China and USA..With regard to technology, we have quite advanced in most technologies..Roughly we can say that we are a year ahead of all technologies..It is very good for us that EU countries give technologies to each other...This will give help us much in catching tech level of countries like USA and China..

We have three technology research team..I assigned our first team to gain stealth technology for our airforce..we remained much behind form great powers in that technology..Second team will research tactical missiles, this tech really indispensible for our nuclear shield protection..Third team will research Mobile Warfare Repair which will increase our ability to repair our military vehicles..

Production meeting;

Dominique Strauss Khan : For production, I ordered 18 major factories to be built across France within two years...These factories will give us 9 base IC at the end of two years..General Thorette said that Army needs reinforcements so I spared some of our capacity to reinforce the Army..we also spared some IC to upgrade our obsolete vehicles in the Army..

Dominique Strauss Khan : President, our general policy is to meet our electricy demand with nuclear power but diversifying our energy production is also important aspect..So, I approved construction of new hyroelectric power station..

Army meeting;

Chief of Army Bernard Thorette : Mr. President, our usual formation of Army will be such that each corps will consist of 3 divisions of same type..for air formations we will use 8 squadron of same type as one corps..for navy, we will use 30 warships as our main naval force..Our nuclear arsenal consists of 31 nuclear warheads..We are one of the five members of "nuclear club"..other than nuclear club, we believe that India, Pakistan,North Korea and Israel have nuclear weapons..Iran is also trying to have nuclear weapons..Our capability to launch these nuclear warheads is not good for the time..If we want to be first ro strike in the case of nuclear war, we should build strategic bombing force..We have 6 nuclear reactors located in Besançon, with these reactors we will be able to build one nuclear weapon in a year..

Dominique Strauss Khan : Mr. President, our rare materials stock is decreasing quickly, we need to trade..Our priority is to give power in exchange..

Foreign Minister De Villepin: Mr. President, today Japanese government decided to send troops into Iraq..This is the result of their close relationships with USA..However, Japanese soldiers will not be combatant in Iraq but will provide engineering support to Coalition Powers because of the fact that, according to famous Article 9 of Japanese Constitution, Japan is forbidden to have an army and to wage any kind of war..even sending these soldies cause unrest among japanese opposition..

President Chirac : Thanks Dominique, In my opinion Japan sees these opportunies as a way to rearm itself..How is our industrial expansion project going Dominique?(minister of economics)

Dominique Strauss Khan : Mr. President, our program isn't going at expected rate..Work on 6 factories is going in full speed..However, work on 2 factories halted due to lack of resources..I will try to allocate more resources to construction of these factories when our dissent goes to zero and the Army is fully reinforced..
