Fellow Mechwarriors,

A little teaser of what is coming...
Teaser.PNG

FEATURES:
- it is off-game mech planner application, where you can create, compare, store, and make screenshots of available mechs.
- based on Battletech .json data of mechs, chassis, weapons, upgrades etc - so it should be compatible with future expansions and updates (as long as HBS Studio won't change .json files; hopefully), and players' mods.
- offline desktop application, so you can enjoy it even when net is down.
- includes screenshot-making tool to easily share your designs.
- designed with focus on convenient user experience as prime goal.
- able to design several mechs at once. Will include a tool to compare them, too.

PLANNED RELEASE DATE:
Around mid July, perhaps earlier.
Though there is a danger - I might get bored/lazy, and won't finish it.

Would it be able to export to .json? Will it be able to add the tags needed either manually or automatically? This would be amazing for making custom 'Mechs for Flashpoints, PvP and anything else if it works and spits out a valid .json file.

Haven't decided yet how designs will be saved; but rather it'll be own file format.
However, if it won't be tiresome to include these tags (though I have no idea at the moment what they are, explain pls) I could add next button near that "Save", "Clone" etc - "Export to .json" which would create mechdef and chassisdef files.
