Description​

Playing as vassal child my invite rules are limiting me to children in the same sub-realm none of which expect to make it on time.

Seems this is the problem:
estimated_arrival_diff_days < 0

I have no way of extending the meet time, it is all done dynamically behind according to some logic I can't find in the .txt files.

Steps to reproduce​

Play as a count under a duke in the Byzantine empire. Arrange a meet peers event and observe that none of the guests expect to arrive on time even though their travel time is less than 60 days.

I mean in the activity there is this: max_guest_arrival_delay_time = { months = 8 }

Used the activity_invite_rule_personal_scheme_targets to nudge it around by trying to learn a language of a 10+ year old in Bulgaria and suddenly it works fine. Does require me to be at-least age 6 with a court tutor.

Hack #2 is to get children of vassals educated in your court. Travel time 0.
