Meet Peers invitation eligibility inconsistency

Description​

As count Eudes of Anjou wishing to host Meet Peers, I am only able to invite children of my vassals and vassals of my liege Duke (and not those of any other vassals in the kingdom of France). At the same time, I'm getting lots of Meet Peers invitations from VERY remote locations like Scandinavia, Iberia, northwestern Africa, from entirely unrelated children of different faiths (Ashari, Asatru).

It appears that AI is allowed to invite any child ruler within diplomatic range, while player children are severely restricted in whom they can invite.

Steps to reproduce​

Play as count Eudes of Anjou, attempt a Meet Peers, realize there are no valid targets. Wait a couple months and invitations from anywhere within diplomatic range will start popping up.
