Description​

Okey, so I have a young count that should be able to meet peers. He is a count in khazaria empire with loads of children, both other count children and young children of other vassals. Is the game intended to screw over every child who is not part of the direct liege? I mean in the same kingdom, not to mention empire there are loads of children lords, and I don't have a single person available to join my meet peers. Really? Noone? in such a big empire filled with children and children lords? Only beacuse my direct liege of a dutchy doesn't have that young children to join in meet peers? Don't get me wrong, but in any normal situation a child duke that borders my lieges land and mine would surely atleast be on the list of ppl who you might want to invite, and not have 0 available ppl to invite.

Steps to reproduce​

Be a child ruler (count in this case) and try to make a meet when your direct ruler (duke) doesn't have children of appropriate age in his realm for meet peers.
