Meet Peers - Wise Woman/Man

Description​

I've gotten the Wise Woman/Man event three times. The first time, it got me Herbalist, awesome! Second time, it got me Witch, awesome (witch is virtuous for me)! Third time, there's nothing to gain except stress.

If I already have herbalist, it'd be nice if the herbalist option instead had a chance to give you a point in learning or something like that. And/or also didn't give me stress at all, since I already have herbalist AND witch (I know what the person is doing). If not, I don't believe this event should be eligible to fire if the only option is the one that only gives you stress, as it wastes one of the three to four Meet Peers events for literally nothing.

Steps to reproduce​

Have courtiers/vassals/council that have Witch and Herbalist. It seems the more of these there are, the higher the chance the event fires. Even if you get herbalist and witch traits, the event will still fire from further Meet Peers events with only bad options.
