Merchant Families of the free cities

Are any of the merchant families of the free cities made up? (not from the lore, books, show etc.) if so which ones and where? I ask because Im gonna start a free cities game now as one of those houses but I dont want to replace a historical family.

All of the Lysene and Volantis patrician families are canon, 3 of the Tyroshi ones, 2 of the Pentoshi (and Mopatis) and 1 from Myr are also canon. Every family in Braavos patrician and feudal is canon. Qohor and Norvos I believe are all made for the mod.

Myr - Drahar

Tyrosh - Adarys, Uhoris, Tumitits, Ryndoon

Pentos - Istarion, D'han, Mopatis
