I had a run of 1938 Fire Control and upgraded and retooled to 1940 Fire Control. When the first 1940 Fire control was finished, the message box said '1938 Fire Control completed' instead of 1940 Fire Control. Not a big deal, since there was a 1940 Fire Control brigade in my force pool; this just seems to be a programming typo, in that the message box doesn’t know the Fire Control was retooled and upgraded.
