Metratron mystery broken (might contain spoilers)

Hi, I started a new game after being out of the game for a long while.
Got Metatron at sol 59, and at sol 88 the message in the mystery log says "Our scientists have proposed a method to predict the behaviour of the ion storms created by Metatron."
Afterwards I researched Ion Storm Predictions and then Dream Reality. Then I built Project Morpheus and... nothing happens. Metatron is still there.
I really don't want to start a new game because of this. A check to remove Metatron if a "Project Morpheus" is active would really be helpfull.
Is there any way to fix it in the savegame or console? I tried ` but no console to be seen.
I installed a mod Sherlock to see if I would get any clue and it just said _successes > 29

Is there a way to edit the savegame and manually set the mystery to be solved? Or via console commands?

For those encountering this or any other mystery that is stuck.
I installed the Expanded Cheat menu and the library it contains via the in game Paradox mod manager.
Then I went into the top cheat menu, chose Mystery log and I got the missing message from Megatron.
Afterwards the mystery resolved correctly.
