Microsoft/Gamepass Version keep crashing

So I got the game with the xbox gamepass through the microsoft store, but it is constantly crashing. Either the game doesn't start up and says "Launching the game has failed" or when the game does start up and I load into a game I am able to play for a few minutes before it crashes without any error message. It seems a lot of people are having this issue cause I have seen a lot of reviews on the microsoft store saying this. My specs are more than good enough, but it does not work. I have tried the solutions at the link on the launcher but they do not work. All my other games whether on steam or through the microsoft store are working fine so it is clearly something with ck3.

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/CK3/pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox/CK3/logs/ folder, attach system.log , error.log

If you can get into the game, try deleting all save files, then start a new campaign with local saves only - is that any better?

Also what antivirus app do you use?

Thank you that definitely helped. I was only able to play for a little right now, but it seems the crashing is gone. I still had issues starting up the game as it took a few tries before the launcher allowed the game to start up. However, after deleting the save files, I was able to start up the game from the launcher with no problem. I have Windows Defender or whatever it is called now. It seems everything is working now, but I am not 100% sure because I did not have time to test everything out. So tomorrow I'll have more time and I'll update you if there are any problems or just to confirm that everything is truly fixed. Thank you so much for your help.
