I've had this issue since roughly 2020. Across 2 pcs, the one i used in 2020, and the one I'm using now. i've been told it's likely a hardware problem from those on the discord, but no idea what exactly i should be looking for. No mods, running the latest version. Seems to get worse depending on galaxy size. Goes away when paused, gets worse if i increase the speed. happens from the very start of the game, and seems to worsen but i'm not too sure.

Some things I have tried: reinstalling the game, disabling steam overlay, using dx9, using fullscreen instead of borderless windowed mode, disabling vsync, disabling all mods, fiddling with galaxy size, lowering number of empires, checking and unchecking cpu cores in affinity.

DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here. IF dxdiag.txt fails to attach here, rename it to dxdiag.log , or zip it up. Thanks.

Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/settings.txt and pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , error.log
