Here are some of the problems I have encountered while playing the UK and having military control over Canada and (Free) France:
  1. It's impossible to transport their units, even with their own transports. I have tried this over and over again...
  2. Their naval units seems to be controlled by both me and the AI. If I don't give them direct orders all the time, they move around on their own. Very annoying.
  3. Their units can't be merged.

I have the Scandinavian version 1.01.

I will find out exactly what military control should give you and see what happens from there.

I can confimr that 2 & 3 are features.

2 is there to represent that your allie may still have differing priorities that you. Like Australia withdrawing troops how to counter the threat of Japanese invasion.

3 is there just becuase.

I am still tring to get an answer for 1. At first glance it looks like a bug.

Ok, but the manual (p. 47) says that this should apply only when both sides are human.

The [CENSORED] Manual. I will need to look again then.
