Mine Collapse Bug

I got the event "Disastor! Our Mine Collapsed".

I havent even invented mines yet...so needless to say I didn't have a mine there.

This was in 1.03 not 1.03a but I don't think they fixed it in the a version

There are provinces with mine at the beggining of the game, even if they don't have the tech to reconstruct it if it collapses.

Could you please verify if that was your case or not ?

I have had numerous mine collapses in provinces without mines under 1.03 and 1.03a.

This, however, was before I did a clean install of 1.03a over 1.01. After I did a re-install I haven't seen the bug so I think it might be related to files not being overwritten properly in the patching process.
