Ming bug with the "end sengoku jidai" mission

Description​

as the ming player, I receive the prompt or message meant for the Japan AI which happens to render the rewards of the mission nonexistent.

Steps to reproduce​

went the diplomacy way with the "end Sengoku jidai" mission as ming and when finished the bug occurred.
