Minimal requirements for Mac OS?

I have a Mac OS Plus 10.11.6 and I read different minimal requirements for using EU IV so I am not sure if I can use it or not with my Mac.

Please, could you anyone help me or advise me? Thanks in advance.

My guess is the game was supported on 10.11 when released several years ago, but is simply not tested on versions that old any more. Maybe not even 10.12 for all I know.

Can you not update to anything later?
