Summary

Minor bug for Arabian event "A new Caliphate" (Caliphal Ambitions mission)

Description

Finishing the mission "Caliphal Ambitions" gives the first option to get the Caliphate government instantly and to switch to it for free, the second option being to give the "Unite Islam" decision -10% warscore cost and not adopting the government.

Now i dont know if it was intended this way, but taking the second option gives you the option to pick the Caliphate government anyway and you just have to pay 50 government power to switch.

So it is a decision between getting warscore cost reduction later on or saving 50 government power...? I assume the second option shouldnt give access to the Caliphate government and just upgrade the "Unite Islam" decision when you get the government later on?

As of now it is just a trap if you pick the first option. Added 2 screenshots to show the modifier

Steps to reproduce

Starting a game in non-ironman and finishing the mission "Caliphal Ambitions"

Hey there and thanks for the report! That -10% warscore cost shouldn't be a part of this event and is something you get from the 'Rightly Guided' mission. So the choice in this event is either instantly switch over to the 'Caliphate' reform or if you're unsure you can just do it later but by spending the reform progress. I've already sentt this issue over to our database.
