How, I'm new to the modding scene. I modded a few basic things in EU4, mostly events and region, but never maps. I was curious, is it possible (and easy) to make a way smaller map to use the mechanics of Vic 3, but in a less "complicated" and interconnected map as the main map. I'm thinking about something like the pacific islands or just south america?
My idea is to see if, with a way smaller map, I could mod a tiny region with a few tensions and some trading.
