The MIO Policy exclusive to Plane MIOs, 'Propulsion Experimenters', provides the exact same bonus as the universal policy 'Experimental Design Teams', that being a +20% MIO Research Bonus.

I am making this bug report after a suggestion to do so in this thread:

Plane MIOs get a unique policy called "Propulsion Experimenters" that provides +20% MIO Research Bonus, however they also get the default policy "Experimental Development Teams" which seemingly also provides +20% MIO Research Bonus. The latter is...

Open a MIO in the plane category
Open the Policy tab and inspect 'Propulsion Experimenters' and 'Experimental Design Teams' policies
