So I recently got HOI 3 Collection, which I registered easily, and the Complete Editions for both Crusader Kings and Victoria. These apparently came with no CD key, leaving me unable to register them. Is there anything that can be done?

Do you mean the first Victoria and Crusader Kings? Because if so I belive the orignal games did not have registration keys while the expansions simply gave you an icon but no real benifits.
If you are talking about the CK2 and Victoria 2, contact the retailer you bought the games from for a key.
