Missing COA

I've recently been playing a game as bradenburg, and I notice that as I try to crown myself King of Prussia, there is no COA in in the shield for the Kingdom of Prussia. There is one for the Duchy, and I found the PRUS image in the COA file.

I'm just wondering where I go to fix this, and make the Kingdom of Prussia use the PRUS COA rather than the blank one it erroneously going to now.

You must be using some modification or other, since there is no kingdom of Prussia in vanilla game.
