I purchased Crusader Kings III: Royal Edition on Humble Bundle but after activating the key on Steam, I'm missing the promised Garments of the Holy Roman Empire content. This content was advertised on Humble Bundle as part of the deal.

How can I get the content activated on my Steam account?
