Missing file

I've got a weird problem, namely my game worked at 1.02 but I didn't play it for some time now. I wanted to try the newes patch but suddenly it doesn't want to start no morem since a file factory_efficiency is missing in my db folder. Don't know how it gone missing but how the hell game ran under 1.02 is even bigger mistery. Anyway, could anyone please send me this file?

To use patch [post=2834870][1.03b][/post] or [post=3418521][1.03c][/post] you need to install [patch 1.03] first.

You cannot install 1.03b/c directly over 1.02.

Why
1.03 created a new file called factory_efficiency.txt to allow the easy modding of values. Prior to this the values were stored inside the game and so 1.02 does not look for the file. Patches 1.03/b/c look for this file and unless you have installed 1.03 first they will not find it.
