I installed VIPR 0.4 to a separate folder, and it created normal folders (db, gfx, scenarios, config etc.) but also a zipped file called VIPR 0.4.
My problem is the lack of events in db. Is my instalation file corrupt?

i had that problem too. actually is doesnt matters in VIP where these stands. because there is only one scenario.
