I have recently began a game in 1936 playing Romania. I built industry in a couple of provinces but after I got the message saying that the factorys were complete nothing showed in the provinces ??? Is there a delay between building and them appearing ??
I went a month forward and still nothing in those provinces.
Any help would be appreciated
and hopefully its not a stupid mistake. BTW I am playing with the 1.1 patch installed as well.
