Issue: Playing ARMA, lastest patch with no problems, BUT I cannot find the Scenario or Saved Games folder for ARMA. The DD scenario's are visible. Doing a search of the computer brings up nothing, i.e. key words "The Abyss" or "Armageddon".

1) Using windows Vista
2) lates version of DD-A

Haven't found any posts that give any insite to this kind of problem.

Thanks in advance for any input.

If you have the Gamer's Gate Arma, then that will install into the Doomsday folder. In that case the scenario folder will be off the Doomsday tree, not in one called Armageddon.

Your Vista system is likely virtualizing, or hiding the save games from you. If that is the case use windows explorer to navigate to the doomsday save game folder - it should be visible - but show no files. Look on the header or tool bar area of the explorer window and find a button that says "show compatibility files". Clicking that should show the save files.

Could be something else, but the problem you describe pops up quite often here, and usually it has to do with the compatibility file issue. This happens when you take the default location of 'Program files\' as the destination for the install. You can avoid that in the future by installing instead to a folder like C:\MyGames or C:\MyApps.

Hope this helps.
