After the update the wave power plant is no longer available. I've uninstalled game then reinstalling, and still not apearing.

I've got the same issue. Been meaning to post about it but I've been busy with work plus i haven't had internet for the past week in a half. My issue is that once they did the restructuring of the tabs on the PS4 Console Edition and amalgamated the Power/Water/Garbage to the new "Utilities" tab after the Park Life Update the Wave Power Generator Plant is now missing & has been for awhile now.
The Milestones says that the Wave Power Plant is unlocked at 2,000 citizens but upon doing so it doesn't actually show up under the power tab. I've tried on multiple maps both new and old but no luck the power plant doesn't show up. I've included a screen shot & sorry it's not great as I'm using my phone to post this. Before the Oil Power Plant in my game on PS4 is just the Power Lines, Wind Turbine, Advanced Wind Turbine & the Coal Power Plant.

I can confirm this is a logged bug. I don't have an ETA for a fix release but I'm sure it will be in the next patch, whenever that gets out.
