After watching the cinematic, the riot doesn't load correctly. I can't see any prisoner, move guards/firefighters, etc. I can hear the sound and see the fire, but the prison is empty. I have restarted the game and reloaded the mission 3 times with no results. There was a recent update, so I am not sure if this is a bug or if I can do something to fix it.
