this is the best idea--i've been pining for mixed use rowhouses! now all some beautiful soul needs to do is make is corner rowhouses and the car/parking-hostile medium density american dream can come to skylines ii.

Love this. It's a critical part of creating a meaningful metropolitan downtown. I even love the way storefronts are bolted on to existing housing units, which is the way it usually looks in the real world.

unfortunately it doesn't seem to affect commercial demand
i think the mixed one also doesnt affect, because the main zone is residential, maybe if I make a duplicated mod with main commercial and secondary residential you can adress that, you have to mix the zones equilibrated, but i dont find a proper way to fix that now

Edit: Im gona upload the zone like that, please if u can check if it work (im playing with infinite demand to test so i dont know) Its gonna appear in EU commercial zones

Hey. I tested out a few things.
1) The test "commercial mixed row" does not satisfy commercial demand either, or any other.

2) "NA medium mixed row" satisfies medium demand as it should - BUT - "EU medium mixed row" satisfies high density demand, not medium.

3) Ive also noticed i assume a bug - "NA 1x5 mixed medium row" only has 1 household. Specifically - "NA_MixedRow02_L1_1x5" and "NA_MixedRow02_L2_1x5" seems to be affected, others seem fine.
(attached screenshot 1)

And a minor thing - some of them seem to be sorted in the wrong (non-mixed) categories.
(attached screenshot 2)

Anyway, awesome stuff you're making, also the row services and mixed farms, great stuff.

thanks for the feedback,

im gonna check and fix that later. Im gonna make a only commercial row withot houses so people can mix them and satisfy both demands maybe a ratio 1 comm 3 res is gonna be ok

Ah yes i lower the households and other test to check if that make the commercial zone to win(and forget to fix that then), but ass it seem having a household negate the commercial demand, If u take a look at the farming zone i think it may be tha same. Only satisfy residential or none

Great Feedback. I just published the new version, Fixed the bug, make the mixed comm only commercial, and change the numbers in the EU Mixed so it affect the medium and not the high. I think it depends of the resident numbers. NA was 0.75 residentials x2 multiplicator and EU was 1.4 residentials x1.4 multiplicator.

Do you know if the Vanilla Mixed area adress the 2 demands? or only residential? so i can try to copy the ratios there

Yeah i just tried it and vanilla mixed does satisfy both residential and commercial demand.

I find it why now. later im gonna upload the fixed one

You need to set the ambience to mixed and the 2 zones requirments I think, or that make it work now, maybe only the ambience

Already uploaded, i have to check the industry one now if it worked, the office and this Are
