I strongly presume CO still thinks one company at one building is normal. Yet we still have not seen if the buildings showed at latest video have 1 slot in admin.section. Probably yes, but same rules may be applied to full commercial building, and more. And not only for unique type, big mall type, etc... Just because we often have like 5-8 and more shops in small 3 st. trade piece. Not a mall, but bigger than 1 st. shop at corner. To say more transperent - building here shows the sign it is the same. Because even workers count presented before company allocated to building. If described above conception is true - there must be list of companies, expandable to scrollable panels. Each is full company unit with required viewable info. Mechanics I've described already in old CS1's whishlist thread.

On other side it doesn't fit only to mixed zoning, that scheme will work everywhere with enough space. Triple on commerce, offices and manufacturing. With or without types combined in new type we can see here. @co_avanya it is true?, I know it the trailer you never explain everything in full details, but what do we gonna have in CS2? Same but with added mixed zone building type or improved version (maybe fixed lists for various building units and not configurable)?

Yeah, just modding community already need a workaround, scripted or assets should be modular. cubic services is already a nice option. Malls included, also we might use internal pedestrian pathes with precise units placement inside. Required for large malls, but possible just for small areas like whole comm/office block in mixed zone type.
Cube service also should inherit address field while being inside of a building. Its front must be actual door-spawner, and cube must be visible only in edit mode or something. With opened areas at facade the cube will be visible, not good.
Example:

Yes, main option it usage of cubic services and invisible pathes from entrance zone (trough main door), if you have obstruction of included "main" area with this flaws, just use common building but with mesh of mixed type one. The acces should be created from cubic's, it must be highlighted trough main building when you pointing they centers.
Who have other opinion?
