hey, in recent MP game, Russia mobilized but no "reserve" landunit{}'s were created. the box to press to see the mobil pool was not raised, yet he was getting manpower benefits and cost unbenefits. in the save it was also -, not + number, showing mobilized. this is the only time I've ever seen this.
