Can anyone make a mod thats devout (specially sunni devot/ottoman) "strongly approve theocracy" ? I want a RP game with "theocratic ottoman", but i think its very silly first going to republic then to theocracy or roll new game until get a IG leader with theocratic trait.

I found one in Steam, but for some reason its not working
