This post includes both a mod and an ethnicity template.
All content is based on my loose understanding of the subject, and all names are largely made up.

[_] The Mod : Chinese Sri Lanka
Is playable. Compatible with game version 1.4.2.
Not Ironman or Achievement compatible.
The mod changes the island of Sri Lanka to Chinese.
They use a Chinese ethnicity template and Indian military traditions.
The three countries on the island have also had their flags, populations and religions changed.
Clothing and hair assets use repurposed existing items.
> Installation:
Extract the contents of the MOD_ChineseSriLanka_v1_42a.ZIP file into your \\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Imperator\mod\ folder.
The contents of the \mod\ folder should look like this then:
[folder] ChineseLanka
[file] ChineseLanka.mod

Is not playable. This is purely a modding resource.
It only includes a placeholder Chinese culture group file and associated face template files.
Clothing and hair assets use repurposed existing items.
