Mod crashes when starting a game

Hi All

Just installed this mod and want to try it out, however once I select a character to play as and click start, the loading bar gets to "initializing" and then it crashes to desktop every time.

Any ideas?

if your running version 2.5.2 of the vanilla aka conclave the mod wont work. rewind to 2.4.5

Yeah I did that, the game wouldn't load up at all on 2.5.2. But even at 2.4.5 its not letting me start an actual game.
